Company management creates the conditions for making effective and improving the quality of communication between individual workplaces and departments, which directly take part in the creation of the ongoing quality of our production and services. Relationships, competencies and responsibilities among individual workplaces, departments and their communication will be technically and organizationally ensured in such a way so that the signs of continual improvement of the system of quality management are to be seen.
The quality policy will be asserted in accordance with the marketing strategy of the company so that the satisfaction of our customers is continually assured. Quality must be an equivalent and at the same time prerequisite criterion of company success in the same way as the creation of commercial profit.
The company managers are obliged to fulfill all set quality targets, and to exert for this task all necessary means and endeavor.
